We provide a high level of customer care and all customers will be allocated a named contact.
All our staff will have access to your order history; making warranty calls and queries on add on sales a relaxing experience. You know us, and we know you.
We keep a record of our contact with you and will respond immediately to direct feedback, good or bad.
We will keep you informed of new products and services without bombarding you with literature .Just look on our website for latest offers or subscribe to our quarterly newsletter.
Once you have bought with us you will be able to contact us in a number of ways, landline, and fax, emails, through the website or by mobile phone.
We will be here when you need us, from 8 am till 6pm and often on a Saturday morning.
We offer discounted products to existing customers.
Our aim is to build a long term relationship with you. Our customer base is older than our computer, (much older) and some of our customers have benefited from a retirement card from us, though as our mainstay is with sole traders and partnerships we remain on hand to help the second generation.
We limit our advertising budget and our customer benefit from the reduced costs; we have 94% repeat business and enjoy many referrals from our customers. |
